Normal role description: | OFLM4 is a secreted protein that may promote the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells by favouring the S/G2 transition. In myeloid leukemic cell lines, however, it can inhibit cell growth and induce cell differentiation and apoptosis. It can also facilitate cell adhesion especially through cell surface lectins and cadherins. |
