Normal role description: | NET1 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for RhoA GTPase. In cancer, upregulatin induces RhoA activities including cytoskeletal rearrangements and cell migration thus promoting invasive behavior of gastric cancer. May also be involved in activation of JNK pathway to induce RhoB-mediated cell death during stress in breast cancer. |
