Normal role description: | ARMCX3 is a single transmembrane protein containing three armadillo repeats, which is often involved in development, maintenance of tissue integrity, and tumorigenesis. Despite the presence of the armadillo repeats, loss of ARMCX3 expression has been associated with prostate, colon, pancreatic, and ovarian cancers, suggesting its potential role in tumour suppression instead. |
